The Veterans Affairs Work Study Document Submission/Inquiry Process Has Changed.

The Buffalo Regional Processing Office’s Veteran Affairs Work Study corporate email box (WORKSTUDY.VBABUFF@va.gov) will no longer be in use and will not be monitored effective Wednesday, June 26, 2019.


Please submit all Work Study documents and inquiries to the Veteran Affair’s inquiry system, “Ask a Question” site, https://gibill.custhelp.va.gov/app/ask.  To get started submitting documents through the GI Bill Ask a Question site, you will need to create an account.
