REMINDER: 2019 EXCISE TAX BILLS ARE DUE ON MARCH 23, 2019.

2019 Excise Tax bills are due by March 23, 2019.  

Motor vehicle excise taxes are paid to the Tax Collector's office, 120 Main St.  The Town of North Andover also offers online bill payment through MCC eBill. Payments may be made via ACH (electronic checking) or by Credit Card*. *There is a fee for this service when paying with a Credit Card.  To pay your current bill online click here. If the Due date for timely payment has passed, you will not be able to pay your bill online. 

The Tax Collector's office has added the convenience of a drop box, in front of Town Hall, for payments if the offices are closed.

This event is open to North Andover residents only (after noon time Non-Residents may drop off for a nominal fee).

There is a $30 disposal fee for dropping off a TV or monitor. There is also a nominal fee for other items that may be dropped off on a regular basis (batteries, latex paint & propane tanks).
