Attached is the Consumer Notification that is being mailed to customers of National Grid that are not already using a 3rd party supplier for their electricity. If you receive your electrical supply from a 3rd party supplier, this information will not apply to you.
A Reminder from the North Andover Fire Department: Change Your Clock, Change Your Battery!
Daylight Saving Time ends at 2AM on Sunday, November 4th, and the North Andover Fire Department reminds you to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors when you change your clocks.

IMPORTANT VOTING REMINDERS AND DEADLINES FOR THE NOVEMBER 6th ELECTION
Early Voting at North Andover Town Hall, 120 Main Street, ends tomorrow at NOON.
The Town Clerk's office is open until 4:30PM today (11/1) and will be open 8AM-12PM tomorrow (11/2).
The deadline to vote by absentee vote in person is Noon on Monday, November 5, 2018.
The MA State Election will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the North Andover High School.
The polls are open from 7:00 AM until 8:00PM. School is not in session.
Remember to “fall back” one hour this Sunday, November 4th at 2am for Daylight Saving Time!
Don’t miss your chance to VOTE EARLY! In-person Early Voting ends tomorrow at 12pm. The Town Clerk’s office is open today until 4:30pm, and will be open 8am-12pm tomorrow.
There will be Early Voting at North Andover Town Hall, 120 Main Street, from October 22 through November 2.
Early Voting will take place during normal business hours and on Saturday, October 27, 2018 between 9:00AM and 1:00PM.
In-person Early Voting closes at the end of business hours (12pm) on Friday, November 2, 2018.
