Article 32 is a citizen petition. It would enact a two year housing moratorium for multi-family dwellings of three or more.

Statement Condemning Anti Semitic Graffiti

This week, Town offices were alerted to anti-semitic graffiti along the Mills to Hills trail.
The Police responded and DPW is working to remove the graffiti.
On behalf of the North Andover Town Offices, North Andover Public Schools, and Town Government, we want to reiterate that acts of discrimination, racism and anti-semitism will not be tolerated or welcomed in our community.  
We are a community that embraces our RAISE values, and we will not allow behavior that is not in line with the values that make North Andover so special.
Anti-semitism has no place in our community.  We are a town built on respect, inclusion and empathy.  We encourage all to reaffirm their RAISE values in the coming days.  
Chief Gray has increased patrols in the area of the graffiti and we will take the necessary steps to keep our community safe from discrimination, hate and disrespect.

Can’t make Town Meeting on Tuesday, June 15th?  Town Moderator Mark DiSalvo continues the innovation of allowing remote participation for citizens who are unable to attend but hope to contribute to the judgments made.  Simply use the form below or text your Town Meeting questions to (978) 237- 4862.

· You must be a current registered voter in North Andover.
· Only a question may be submitted. Comments, amendments or motions are not allowed.
· You must submit a verifiable phone number where your identity and question may be confirmed.
· This form is only for people who will not be attending Town Meeting. If you are at Town Meeting, you will be required to ask the question in person.

Article 31 Amend Zoning Bylaw – Article 6: Signs and Sign Lighting Regulations 

Article 31 is a zoning bylaw amendment, and will amend the Town’s sign bylaw. The amendments make certain that the bylaw is regulating the placement of signs on private property in a content neutral manner as required by law.

Save the Date- Route 125 Corridor Study Public Meeting on June 22nd

The Town of North Andover is conducting a study of the Route 125 Corridor between Sutton Street and the Haverhill city line. The Town is working with Nitsch Engineering and Innes Associates to assess transportation, infrastructure, and zoning in the area.

Join us for a virtual meeting where the project team will present initial findings from the study and discuss concepts for how the corridor might develop in the future. The public meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 22nd at 6pm.
