Space is still available to register for in person, but we also wanted to offer the opportunity for women to listen in if they could not make it.

  • Self-Defense Basics with the Norwood Police Department – This workshop will provide an overview of situational awareness and practical self-defense strategies for everyday life. Participants learn how to recognize potential threats, stay alert in different environments, and make confident decisions to enhance personal safety.   • Just Breathe with Stacey Novia  – This session is designed especially for Women Veterans, offering a gentle yet empowering blend of movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support both body and mind. This session is an invitation to reconnect with your breath, your body, and yourself. 

We will begin with Breathe Hand Band Strengthening, combining focused breathing with light resistance band exercises to build strength and promote circulation while grounding the nervous system. Next, we’ll move into Breathe Spinal Flex, using slow, mindful movements paired with breath to increase mobility and release tension held in the spine and throughout the body.
