North Andover Community Preservation Committee PUBLIC MEETING, Thursday November 13th, at 7:00PM

The North Andover Community Preservation Committee

will be holding a PUBLIC MEETING on

Thursday November 13th, at 7:00PM

in the Select Board Meeting Room.

Each year at Town Meeting, the CPC makes recommendations to fund projects in the following categories:

● Affordable Housing

● Historic Preservation

● Preservation of Open Space

● Recreation

Over the last 20+ years, North Andover taxpayers have funded more than $40 Million in projects throughout the community, including more than

$12 Million in State Matching Funds.

The North Andover Community Preservation Committee will be hosting a public meeting on Thursday, November 13th at 7 p.m. in the Select Board Meeting Room at Town Hall for residents to share project ideas as well as your thoughts on public needs, opportunities, and how Community Preservation Act funds should be invested. Your ideas and feedback on these topics can greatly help to guide investment in high priority community resources.

Funding for Community Preservation Committee projects comes from a local tax surcharge and matching funds from the state. The public, Town government, and local organizations help decide how these funds are used by proposing projects that preserve community heritage, protect local resources, and support the development of new resources. Each year, the North Andover Community Preservation Committee offers funding for projects related to open space, recreation, historic preservation, and affordable housing. The Committee makes recommendations to Town Meeting, which votes on funding.

If you are interested in applying for funding, please verify that your proposed project is eligible. Learn more about project eligibility criteria here.

Find grant applications and more information on the funding process at the Community Preservation Committee web page. Please feel free to reach out with questions to the Committee at cpcemails@northandoverma.gov

great collaborative event at North Shore Community College

20 Nov 2025 B2S Flyer.jpg

Hi All,

I am collaborating with North Shore Community College Veterans Services & Tailored for Success – Boots2Suits to provide a full day event for veterans on 11.20 at the NSCC Danvers Campus. I have done this collaboration with Tailored for Success for before and it’s always a great hit with the Veterans.

The day will include:

  • Financial Literacy workshops
  • OBTT workshops – LinkedIn
  • Free LinkedIn Headshots
  • Free Interview clothing

It should be a great day! WE will have an agenda coming soon, so veterans can pick and choose what parts of the day they would like to attend.

Please help spread the word! Veterans should register in advance at info@tailoredforsuccess.org

Thanks!
Kristine
