– North Andover Cultural Council Accepting FY’26 Grant Applications Online Through October 16th
THE NORTH ANDOVER CULTURAL COUNCIL is actively accepting online applications for grants that support cultural activities in the community. According to Council spokesperson, Stephanie Aude, these grants can support a variety of artistic projects and activities in North Andover — including exhibits, festivals, field trips, short-term artist residencies or performances in schools, workshops and lectures, and even equipment funding in some circumstances.
The North Andover Cultural Council is an all-volunteer, municipally-appointed committee, receiving an annual allocation of $15,600 to fund projects by individuals, organizations and schools that serve a broad range of interests and needs.
The application deadline for submission is Thursday October 16th, 2025. Late applications and print/hard copy applications will not be accepted. Prospective grantees will find the North Andover Cultural Council Guidelines, a list of past grantees and the link to register to access the proposal submission system at https://www.mass-culture.org/North-Andover.
A grant decision meeting, which will be open to the public, will be held after the close of the applications. That session, in early to mid-November will be announced at a later date.
The North Andover Cultural Council is part of a network of Local Cultural Councils serving all 351 cities and towns in Massachusetts. The Massachusetts state legislature provides an annual appropriation to the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency, which then allocates funds to each community.
If any North Andover resident is interested in joining the North Andover Cultural Council or has feedback about arts and culture programming in the community, please email northandoverculturalcouncil@gmail.com.
