– Critical Home Repair Program
The Critical Home Repair program can help with repairs that will extend the life of your home. Projects like grab bar installation, deck and railing repairs, replacement windows and doors, siding and trim repair, roof leak repairs, and more.

For your convenience, leaf bags can be brought, at no charge for town residents, to the Cyr Center at Sharpeners Pond Road, from April 8 thru April 26, 2025. Hours of operation are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 8am-2:45pm. A permit will be needed after April 26, 2025 and can be obtained at DPW office, 384 Osgood Street or online (application opens April 8).
- Biodegradable paper bags only
- Please have bags out Sunday evening for each week of pick up
- Grass clippings and leaves, no brush, sticks or rocks
- Be patient; all bags will be picked up

The Department of Public Works and the Sustainability Committee alongside the MA DEP are happy to offer this bin to North Andover residents for $45 plus tax (totaling $47.81).The North Andover DPW is offering pre-order sign up and weekend pick up during the Town Wide Clean Up Day, Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at North Andover High School.Please use this link or call the DPW office at 978-685-0950 to sign up for an Earth Machine Compost Bin.Please bring a check or money order with you for the full amount of $47.81 made out to the Town of North Andover on Sunday 4/13/25 at North Andover High School, 430 Osgood St.

Join Andover and North Andover Animal Control Officers for our first combined rabies vaccine clinic for dogs and cats!
Rabies vaccines will be $10 for residents and $12 for non-residents. Limited to the first 150 pets
Dogs must be on leash and cats must be in carriers.
In order to receive a 3 year vaccine, be sure to bring your pets previous rabies certificate with you to the clinic.
*If you have a pet that has previously had a reaction to the rabies vaccines or cannot comfortably wait in line with other pets and people, we do ask that you go to your regular veterinary hospital for care opposed to attending this clinic.
