Town Offices will be closing at Noon on Wednesday, November 27 and will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29.
There will be no trash and recycling collection on Thursday, November 28. Collection will be delayed one day for Thursday and Friday.
There will be no leaf collection the week of Thanksgiving. Leaf collection will resume for the final week of December 2nd.
- Please have all bagged leaves (leaves only please) curbside on or before Monday, December 2, 2024.
- Leaves must be IN biodegradable paper bags ONLY.
If you have a 2024 Cyr Sticker for your vehicle, the CYR Center on Sharpners Pond Rd remains open for dropping off yard waste during regular site hours: 8am to 2:45pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays ONLY (EXCEPT Thanksgiving Thursday, Nov 28, 2024).

Given the current and expected weather conditions, effective immediately, The North Andover Fire Department is implementing a ban on all open air fires until further notice. This includes fires associated with fire pits, chimineas, outdoor fireplaces, and cooking and heating equipment that are not specifically covered under 310 CMR 7.07, the Open Burning regulation.

North Andover Police Department Cram-A-Cruiser Food DriveHelp the North Andover Police Department Cram their Cruisers with non-perishable food items and personal care items to benefit the Merrimack Valley YMCA Food Program.The Food Drive will kick off on Saturday, November 30 at the North Andover Santa Parade! Bring your donations to the parade – the YMCA Food Program Truck will be in the parade and volunteers will be collecting donations as the truck makes its way through the parade route.Members of the North Andover Police Department will also be at North Andover Market Basket, 350 Winthrop Ave, on Saturday, December 7th; Saturday, December 14; and Saturday, December 21 from 9:00am – Noon to collect donations.Additionally, donations can be dropped off at the North Andover Police Department, 1475 Osgood Street, any time between now and Friday, December 20th.
North Andover Fire Department Toy DriveHelp donate new and unwrapped toys to give children a happy holiday season. The Christmas Toy Drive drop off location is Station 1 – 795 Chickering Road. Toys can be dropped off November 30 – December 14th. Please contact Lt Matt Davis if someone you know needs assistance.
