Good evening, this is a message from the Town of North Andover. At this time, the brushfire near Sharpners Pond Road is contained. We expect that it will internally continue to burn until we have significant rain. You should expect to still see smoke. If at anytime you see a fire near a structure please call 911. The forest is still closed to the public and the fire ban, including a ban on fire pits and charcoal grills, is still in effect.
