Ever wonder who and how hand votes get counted at Town Meeting?   For two decades, Jeff Coco, as Head Teller, is the person responsible for recruiting volunteers and assuring that they accurately count the opinions of our neighbors at Town Meeting.  In North Andover every vote counts.  Jeff makes sure that this very foundation of the longest standing example of direct participatory democracy on the globe is respected and protected. This super volunteer is also chair of the North Andover Festival Committee and is Director of our Emergency Management Department.  Give Jeff a high five in appreciation for his vital contributions on behalf of all our neighbors at Town Meeting – and across the community.
