THUR 2/15 @ 7PM VIRTUAL Navigating Solo: Tools for Creating Your Plan for Aging Well 
Join Ailene Gerhardt, Board Certified Patient Advocate at Beacon Patient Solutions LLC, as she explores the unique considerations and planning needs of solo agers.  She will review specific needs related to healthcare, community and programs and resources available to support your journey.

This week’s topic is Evaluating Your Current Support System.  Event is virtual, register here.


TUE 2/20 @ 3:30PM TWEEN Game-A-Palooza Drop in and check out all of the board and card games we have to play. Play games with your friends or with anyone else who has come to play.  This program is for students in grades 2-8.  No need to register. Just drop in!


WED 2/21 @ 2:30PM TEEN Anime Group If you love Japanese anime and manga then this is the program for you! Even if you're just getting into anime you'll have a great time. Sample a new anime each month and chat with your friends about it online!  No need to register! Just drop in!  This program is for students in grades 6-12.


THUR 2/22 @ 3PM TWEEN Perler Beads  Join us for a crafty afternoon. Use Perler beads to create all kinds of fun designs that fuse together. You'll be able to work from patterns or your imagination.  This program is for students in grades 4-8.


FRI 2/23 @ 11AM Winter STEM Kids in grades K-5 can drop-in and test out their STEM skills! We will have a variety of challenges available focusing on science, technology, engineering and math, all with a winter theme.  No registration required. 


SAT 2/24 @ 2PM TEEN Hygge Gathering Hygge: a quality of coziness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being”  Come and get cozy at the library! Tea and cocoa will be provided to drink over cozy activities and crafts. Be sure to wear your most comfortable clothes (maybe even pajamas!) and bring a pillow and blanket with you. If you have a favorite mug, bring that too! This program is for teens in grades 6-12. Register here.

MON 2/26 @ 3:30PM Make It Monday! Kids can unleash their creativity with a monthly craft. In February, we’ll be making Candy Catapults! Sign-up necessary! Sign up here. This program is for kids in grades K-5.


TUE 2/27 @ 7PM Virtual Author Visit 'The Beekeeper's Apprentice' with Author Laurie R. King Wow, can you believe it's been 30 years since the most amazing Sherlock Holmes retelling, “The Beekeeper's Apprentice” came out? And that the newest in the series, Book #18 (!), “The Lantern's Dance”, just came out?! Join us over Zoom with author Laurie R. King as we discuss the origin story to this series, the taking on of an icon, the twists and turns of storytelling, and the impact (cultural, social, political, etc) of Holmes and Russell on our collective consciousnesses! Presented in partnership with the Ashland Public Library. Event is virtual, register here.
