The goals of the project are:
-Understand the barriers to access for community members;
-Identify language and communication needs for residents;
-Identify how to foster community engagement and participation;
-Review policies and procedures, and root causes which might inhibit community engagement; and
-Identify opportunities for improvements in becoming a more inclusive town and better serve all residents.
