Smart911 Alert – Storm Update, 12/19/23, 4:45PM

Hello,
At this time we have approximately 348 residences without power.  National Grid continues to work to restore power to the rest of the community and will work throughout the night.  The estimated time of restoration given by National Grid is as late as Wednesday or Thursday for some of  those properties. We appreciate your continued patience and support.  I recognize how stressful this is and we continue to communicate with National Grid about how to better our systems and create more resiliency.

The Library is open until 9 PM if you need a place to keep warm or charge a device.  If you are still without power, and need a shelter please call the North Andover Police Department at (978) 683-3168.  The Police Department will get you in contact with Emergency Management for further assistance as needed.

If your electrical service to your home was damaged at the house, please call the Building Inspector at Town Hall for assistance.   Your power would not be restored until it is inspected if the damage was at your home.

Thank you and stay well,
Melissa
