Smart911 Storm Update, 12/20/23, 4:35PM

Good evening,
National Grid continues to work to restore power to approximately 100 homes in North Andover.  They will continue to work and seem confident that they will remediate the issue today.

The Library is open until 9 PM if you need a place to keep warm or charge a device.  If you are still without power, and need a shelter please call the North Andover Police Department at (978) 683-3168.  The Police Department will get you in contact with Emergency Management for further assistance as needed.

If your electrical service to your home was damaged at the house, please call the Building Inspector at Town Hall for assistance.   Your power would not be restored until it is inspected if the damage was at your home.  We are being told there are homes that require inspection.

Thank you and stay well,
Melissa
