As called for in its Master Plan and Downtown Improvements Master Plan, the Town of North Andover is currently in the process of evaluating potential changes to zoning regulations in the downtown area, including along a portion of Sutton Street.  Three public meetings have been held on this subject to present information and solicit input from residents and business owners.
