The North Andover Affordable Housing Trust is providing down payment assistance to qualified homebuyers to purchase a single family home or condominium in North Andover for use as their principal residence.  Funding for this program is being provided in part by using Community Preservation Act funds.  Please click below to view the guidelines and application.
