LAKE COCHICHEWICK OPENING of the BOATING SEASON

This is a reminder that the boating season on the Lake will begin as of April 15th, 2021

Lake Usage/Boating Regulations were amended at the Selectmen’s Meeting on September 26, 2016 – see the Town website for the complete details.

Per the Town of North Andover Lake Usage/Boating Regulations, the boating season is from April 15 through November 1. DUE TO COVID – Public works has switched to an online application for acquiring boat permits. Go to the Permits & Licenses section of the northandoverma.gov website and follow through to public works and Lake Usage Permit application. You will need to register or be registered with viewpoint to complete the process. In order to allow more people access to the storage racks we have instituted a limit on the number of spots one application may apply for. You must complete the application with uploads before the application will complete and send us the notification for approval.

TO ALL NORTH ANDOVER RESIDENTS. THE TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER HAS RECENTLY UPGRADED ITS TAX BILLING SOFTWARE. THE IS THE FIRST BILL ISSUED FROM THE NEW SYSTEM. UNFORTUNATELY, THE TAX BILLS ARE NOT REPORTING THE AMOUNTS ACCURATELY. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE TOWN IS WORKING DILIGENTLY TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. PLEASE DISREGARD THE CURRENT 4TH QUARTER TAX BILL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT NEW BILLS WILL BE PRINTED AND MAILED TO THE RESIDENTS.

POSTPONED! North Andover Town-Wide Cleanup Day: April 25th at North Andover Middle School

UPDATE (4/22/21):  POSTPONED: Due to the forecast of rain, the town wide cleanup scheduled for April 25th has been postponed. Please keep a look out for the announcement of a new date! 
The North Andover Sustainability Committee, in coordination with the Department of Public Works, is proud to be hosting an annual Earth Day Town-Wide Cleanup on Sunday, April 25th. Stop by the North Andover Middle School between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to get your trash bags, gloves, and grabbers!  Bring your family (kids are welcome and encouraged to join the fun!) and spread the word about this worthwhile event.
