Join us this Saturday!- Route 125 Corridor Study and May 1st Site Visits

The Town of North Andover is conducting a study of the Route 125 Corridor between Sutton Street and the Haverhill city line. This study is being funded by a Real Estate Technical Assistance Grant from MassDevelopment. The Town is working with Nitsch Engineering and Innes Associates to assess transportation, infrastructure, and zoning in the area. This process will involve multiple public engagement efforts to build an understanding of concerns and opportunities on Route 125.

As an early step in this project, we are planning site visits along Route 125 for Saturday, May 1st, starting at 10am from the parking area behind Mad Maggie’s Ice Cream (1025 Osgood Street). This will be followed by stops at the Bird & Wolf (1268 Osgood Street) and 1600 Osgood Street, at 11am and 12pm respectively. The public is encouraged to join us for any number of the site visits. This will provide an opportunity to share your experience with the Route 125 area, contribute your ideas, and learn more about the project. See the attached flyer for more information.

If you cannot make it to the site visits or would like to learn more about the project, we encourage you to check out the web page for the study and take the survey:  https://route-125-corridor-study-nitsch.hub.arcgis.com/

This project is an excellent opportunity to develop a vision for the future of a key corridor in town, where people live, work, shop, and travel through. We look forward to your participation.
