Rebuilding of Grogan's Field
As you may already be aware, the Town will be rebuilding Grogan's Field as part of the gas emergency settlement with Columbia Gas. The work will include reconstruction of the ball field, new fencing/backstop, protective netting and upgrades to the playground. Work is scheduled to begin later this fall with final completion in spring, 2020.
Over the next few weeks, the Town's consultant will we be finalizing plans for bidding and construction. Prior to completing the design, the Town wanted to meet with abutting properties/residents to discuss the project.
The meeting will be held at Grogan's Field by the Baldwin Street field building on August 21st at 6pm.

The North Andover Health Department has introduced sunscreen dispensers in some local parks in our community this summer. We want to know what your experience has been with these dispensers and sunscreen in general. We are asking residents to participate in a brief survey. SEWER WORK NOTICE
SEWER WORK NOTICE
Please be advised that North Andover’s Sewer Department will be evaluating portions of the Town’s sewer system starting August 12, 2019. The work is being done by our consultants, Woodard & Curran and Flow Assessment Services. This is preliminary work and will not affect residents. Other types of work will follow in the near future and more detailed information will be sent to residents.
The work will take place during low flow conditions, from midnight to approximately 5:00 AM. The studies are part of an ongoing program to reduce extraneous flows into the sewer system in an effort to comply with State Regulations.
