The Town of Andover will be performing road construction tomorrow on High Street (in Andover) where it meets North Andover's Waverly Road. The road will be closed in Andover, however traffic coming from North Andover off of Route 114 will be allowed through. Traffic delays in this area should be expected.
Taxes are paid to the Tax Collector's office, 120 Main St. The Town of North Andover also offers online bill payment through MCC eBill. To pay yourcurrent bill onlineclick here. If the Due date for timely payment has passed, you will not be able to pay your bill online.
The Tax Collector's office has added the convenience of a drop box, in front of Town Hall, for payments if the offices are closed.
