Project New Hope Veteran and first responder retreats
I’m reaching out to ask for your help sharing information about two upcoming Project New Hope Inc. retreats taking place in 2026 at the Genesis Spiritual Life & Conference Center in Westfield, MA.
These retreats are offered at no cost to participants and are designed to support Veterans and Military/Veteran Caregivers who may be carrying the weight of service, trauma, or long-term caregiving stress.
We would be grateful if you would post and share the attached retreat flyers with the Veterans and families you serve.
Upcoming Retreats:
• TCM Military & Veteran Caregivers Retreat
April 9–13, 2026
A week of renewal, healing, and connection for those caring for Veterans and Service Members.
• TCM Male Veterans Retreat
August 6–10, 2026
A week focused on brotherhood, strength, resilience, and personal growth for male Veterans.
Both retreats incorporate the Cortina Method (TCM) along with supportive wellness practices including equine therapy, peer discussion circles, yoga, qigong, Reiki, reflexology, and quiet reflection in nature. The goal is to help participants reset, reconnect, and move forward feeling lighter and supported.
