Proposals for the Owners Project Manager for the addition/renovation to the Youth Center are due on March 26th.
Most Motor Vehicle Excise bills were due on March 12, 2026. If you haven’t received a bill, please call the tax office for the current amount due. Demand fees will be assessed by the end of the month.If you have any questions, please contact the Collector’s Office at 978-688-9550.
The Annual Town Election will be held on Tuesday, March 31, at the North Andover High School, 430 Osgood Street, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m

Any disturbance of vegetation, including the removal of trees within areas protected by the Wetland Protection Act or the North Andover Wetland Protection Bylaw must be approved by the Conservation Commission. Protected areas include wetland resource areas, 100-foot, 50-foot, and 25-foot buffer zones around these resource areas, and 200-foot wide Riverfront areas around perennial streams. Application procedures may vary widely depending upon the nature of the proposal. Please contact the Conservation Department for further direction at 978-688-9530.
