Excise Tax bills are due by March 14, 2024
As a reminder, Vehicle Excise bills are due by March 14. These bills can be paid online, mailed in, paid in person or placed in the convenient Town of North Andover payment drop off box located in front of Town Hall.
Address changes need to be made at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. If you no longer own the vehicle please contact the Assessor's office at 978-688-9566.
