- Understand the barriers to access for community members;
- Identify language and communication needs for residents;
- Identify how to foster community engagement and participation;
- Review policies and procedures, and root causes which might inhibit community
engagement; and - Identify opportunities for improvements in becoming a more inclusive town and better
serve all residents.
