FAQ: Why do these projects need to be done?
North Andover does not currently have sufficient space to meet the needs of our students or town employees.
- AT A MINIMUM, ALL elementary school children need to have access to a library, a gym, and a cafeteria/meeting space.
- In addition, this plan will bring schools in compliance with ADA and other health and safety codes.
- It will also make the Fire Station 2 entrance Handicap Accessible and provide bathroom and sleeping facilities for women firefighters.
